LAURA is an artificial intelligence platform for saving lives by evaluating a patient’s risk and managing processes. With a powerful AI cognitive robot able to compile and analyze large amounts of data, LAURA provides the most efficient way to identify patients with a clinical deterioration and notifies the health care team in real time.

When Clarinha was born doctors informed that her paralysis did not allow her to move or talk, which would complicate her ability to communicate. Faced with this situation, Clarinha´s parents created an app so that Clarinha would be able to communicate with them and express her feelings and wishes. This is how they created Livox, an alternative communication application developed for people with disabilities and learning impairments to communicate and learn. 

Since 2013, the Ceibal Plan offers PAM licenses to all Primary School students and teachers, and to all Middle School students and Mathematics teachers. Containing specific contents for students ranging from 3rd grade of primary school to 3rd grade of middle school, the Ceibal Plan has undergone a comprehensive process of adaptation of it platform, both in terms of its integration with other systems and the adaptation of its contents.
